Sheets
Every product in one sheet with all five column types, filters, sorting, search, new and deleted rows, and saving with validation.
The same products with only the stock editable. Type the counts down the column, or paste them from a spreadsheet.
Two sheets as widgets on one page, out of stock and low stock, each with its own search, filters and unsaved changes.
Edit a category: its products are a sheet below the form. Rows you add join the category.
A select column with 2,000 options searched on the server, unique emails, and a model with a saving hook.
Try these
Copy a block of cells in Excel or Google Sheets and paste it with Ctrl/Cmd+V. "1,234" is read as a number and category names as categories.
Type 100 and 150 in two prices, select both and drag the small square at the corner down: 200, 250, 300… Dates count up by a day.
Select a cell, press Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+↓ to select to the last row, then Ctrl/Cmd+D. Save, and watch the progress in the toolbar.
Double-click a row number, or right-click a row, to open the product in its Filament form, with a description the sheet does not show.
Change and save a few cells, then right-click the row and choose History: who changed which cell, from what to what, and when.
Change a few cells, delete a row and add one, then press Review: every change with its old and new value, to jump to or revert.
On the products sheet, press "Simulate a colleague's edit", then change the price of the first row and save. Changing its stock instead merges the edits.
On the products sheet, stock is red at 0 and amber under 20, and a SKU can only be typed on a new row.
Click the funnel in the Category header and choose "Group by this column": 1,000 groups with their counts and subtotals. Click a group's arrow, or press Space on it, to collapse it.
The row at the bottom counts the products and sums the stock and its value for everything that matches the search and filters, not only the rows on screen.
Stock value is price × stock. Change either and it updates before you save; click its header to sort all 100,000 products by it.
Products show a photo; customers have a website link. Ctrl/Cmd+click a link, or right-click it, to open it in a new tab.
Tags is a belongsToMany column. Type "Sale, Eco" or pick from the list, paste tags from a spreadsheet, or add a tag to every filtered product with Bulk edit.
Search for "Kettle" and raise the price of every match by 10%, or set the stock of the selected rows, in one go on the server.
Export the products, change some prices in Excel, add a row, and Import the file: only the changed cells become changes to review and save.
Drag a header edge to resize, hide or move columns, sort and search, then save it all as a view, private or shared, and open the sheet with it by default.
Search or filter the products, then Export: the file has the same rows in the same order, as Excel or CSV.
The sheet ships with English and Japanese. Switch this panel to Japanese, and back with ?lang=en.
